What your points are, and what they are not

Lovele Points are a unit of account within a loyalty programme operated by ANDIAMO SOFTWARE SRL ("Lovele", "we", "us"). They carry no monetary value, are not electronic money, are not a financial instrument, and confer no claim against us until a valid redemption request is completed. One point corresponds to 0.0001 USD for the purpose of calculating a redemption, and for no other purpose.

Points do not expire. Points credited to an account remain available on it for as long as the account exists, however long the account goes without activity. Points leave the account only when they are redeemed, when they are debited under section 10 of the Lovele Terms, when the account is deleted under section 12 of the Lovele Terms, or when participation is terminated under section 6 of these terms.

We may modify earning rates and the composition of earning modules at any time. Rate adjustments are applied through a budget multiplier constrained to the range 0.7 to 1.3 of the base rate, recalculated no more than once per 24 hours.

The minimum redemption threshold applicable to an account at the time of registration will not be increased for that account. New thresholds, if introduced, apply only to accounts registered after the change takes effect.

Redemption requests are subject to automated risk assessment. Requests exceeding defined risk thresholds are held for manual review, which completes within 24 hours in the ordinary course. Where a request is rejected, the account holder is informed of the reason and may submit an appeal, which is reviewed by a person.

We may suspend or terminate participation where we identify activity consistent with automation, multiple account operation, or manipulation of earning mechanisms. Points on a terminated account are forfeited. The account holder may dispute a termination, and we will provide the general category of the finding.
