Who runs Lovele, and how to reach us.

Lovele is operated by ANDIAMO SOFTWARE SRL, a company incorporated in Romania ("Lovele", "we", "us"). The identification details of the company are listed under Company information at the end of these terms, and you can write to us at legal@lovele.app. In these terms, "you" means the person holding a Lovele account.

You have to be at least 16 years old.

You may create and hold a Lovele account only if you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You give your date of birth when you create an account, and an account is not created where the date you give is below that age. One person may hold one account. If we learn that an account holder does not meet this condition, we close the account.

One phone number, one account, real details. Keep control of your number and your PIN.

This agreement starts when you create an account. Your account is tied to your mobile phone number. To create an account, and each time you sign in on a new device, you confirm the number with a code that we send to it by SMS; to create one you also provide a display name and your date of birth, and you may be asked to complete a bot check. An electronic mail address is optional; if you add one, it is used for receipts, account recovery and notices, and never to sign in. You may set a six digit PIN, which is then asked after the code whenever you sign in on a new device. You must give accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping control of your phone number, your PIN and your devices, and for activity carried out through your account. Telephone operators reassign numbers that are no longer used, and whoever holds a number can receive the codes sent to it; if you stop using your number, ask support to move your account to your new number, or close the account, before you give the old number up. Where an account has a PIN, signing in on a new device without the PIN is possible only after a waiting period of seven days, counted from the request or from the last use of the account, whichever is later, and every such sign in is recorded. Some actions require a second authentication factor, including requesting a redemption and changing a payout destination. You may not sell, rent, share or transfer your account to anyone else. What personal data we collect when you hold an account, why, and what you can ask us to do with it, is set out in the Privacy Policy, published at lovele.app/privacy.

A social app with a rewards program. Not a wallet, not a place to put money, not a game of chance.

Lovele is a social platform with a rewards program. Points earned on Lovele are governed by the Points Program Terms, which form part of this agreement. Lovele does not hold crypto assets on your behalf, does not operate a wallet, and holds no crypto balance for any account. Where you redeem points, the payment is executed by a licensed third party payment processor acting on our instruction, from our business account. No payment is ever required to use any part of Lovele, and no payment unlocks any reward, spin or prize.

No second accounts, no automation, no gaming the rewards, no illegal or abusive content.

You may not: operate more than one account, or operate an account on behalf of another person; use scripts, bots, emulators, modified clients, or any tool that simulates or automates activity; tamper with the application, the device it runs on, or the signals it sends us; coordinate activity across accounts, devices, network addresses or phone numbers in order to multiply rewards; claim rewards for activity that did not take place; create referrals for accounts you or a person acting with you control; post or send content that sexualises a minor, that threatens or incites violence, that harasses or targets a person or group with hatred, that is sexual content or nudity, that promotes self-harm, that impersonates another person, that is spam or a scam, or that solicits payment outside Lovele; post content you do not have the right to post; or probe, attack, overload or scrape the service.

Your content stays yours. We host it, we can remove it, and you can challenge a removal.

You keep the rights you have in the content you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence, at no charge, to host, store, reproduce, adapt for display and show your content to the people the product shows it to, for as long as you keep it on Lovele and for the short period afterwards required to remove it from backups and caches. You can delete your own posts and comments at any time. We may hide or remove content that breaks section 5, and we may do so automatically where content is reported independently by several people. Images are checked for known child sexual abuse material, either before they are published or, where the check is made by our content delivery provider, after they are published, when they are first served; an image that matches is removed from view and preserved as evidence, and the account that uploaded it is suspended. Where a post of yours has been hidden or removed, the product shows you its state and whether it can be challenged, and you may submit a challenge from the post itself. A hidden comment cannot be challenged from the comment, and is challenged by writing to legal@lovele.app. Content identified as child sexual abuse material cannot be challenged.

We cannot read your messages, and we cannot get your history back for you.

Messages sent through Lovele chat are encrypted end to end. Lovele cannot read their content. Your message history is protected by a key derived from a chat passphrase that you choose on your device the first time you use chat and that is never sent to us, or, if you started using chat before chat passphrases were introduced, from your account password until you choose one. Once you have a chat passphrase, changing or resetting your account password does not affect your message history. If you forget your chat passphrase and have not set up a recovery phrase, you can reset chat, and your earlier message history then cannot be recovered, by us or by anyone. Photos, videos and voice messages sent in chat are deleted from our storage when they expire, no later than 24 hours after they are sent, or sooner where a shorter period has been chosen for the conversation. Where a conversation is reported, the reporting device sends us a signed copy of the part being reported; that copy is what we moderate, and we have no other access to the conversation.

Points have their own document, and it is the one that applies to them.

Lovele Points are governed by the Points Program Terms, published at lovele.app/points-program, which form part of this agreement. Where this document and the Points Program Terms cover the same matter, the Points Program Terms apply to points and this document applies to everything else. The Points Program Terms set out that points carry no monetary value until a redemption is completed, that they cannot be transferred between accounts, that they do not expire, and that earning rates and limits can change.

What you need before you can redeem, how few points you can redeem, how many at once, and who actually sends the payment.

Redemptions require a verified phone number. Before you redeem for the first time, you must also verify your identity once, with an identity document checked by our verification partner, together with a video selfie or, if you prefer, without one, as described in section 16 of the Privacy Policy. You have up to three attempts in total. If your verification is rejected or you have used all three attempts, you can ask for a manual review by writing to contact@lovele.app. Until your identity is verified, redemptions are not available. The minimum amount for a redemption is 2 USD in point value, for every method. Gift cards and mobile top-ups are offered in the values their provider makes available, which may start above that minimum. The maximum for a single request is 100 USD in point value. Where the provider that sends a redemption charges a fee, that fee is passed on to you: it is included in the price in points shown before you confirm, on a separate line marked as included. Redemptions are executed on our instruction by a licensed third party payment processor or, for gift cards and mobile top-ups, by Reloadly, our third party reward provider. Gift cards and mobile top-ups are delivered automatically: a mobile top-up is credited to the phone number shown before you confirm, and a gift card code is shown in the app and, where your account has a verified email address, also sent to that address. For a redemption to PayPal, offered on the website and in the Android app, you choose one of the fixed amounts of 2, 5, 10, 25, 50 or 100 US dollars, each at the price in points shown for it, and enter the email address of a PayPal account you own and control. We send the amount in US dollars to that address as entered; a completed payment to a wrong address cannot be returned. The price in points shown before you confirm includes PayPal's fee; for the 100 US dollar amount, the maximum for a single request is raised by that fee, so a single request covers it. Instead of the 24 hour wait for a new payout destination, a PayPal redemption may be held for a manual check. For a payment that fails or is not claimed within 30 days, the points return to your balance; if PayPal refunds or reverses a completed payment, only the amount sent returns to your balance, as points. PayPal's own terms, fees, currency conversion and limits apply to the receiving account. Once a request is submitted, the points are held and are no longer available to spend. Requests above our risk threshold are held for review. Section 5 of the Points Program Terms governs what happens to a request that is held or refused. A new payout destination cannot be used for 24 hours after you add it, and changing a payout destination requires a second authentication factor. Redemption methods are the ones listed in the app at the time you request; removing a method is a material change under section 13.

We can correct a balance, in the cases listed here, and the correction is visible in your history.

We may debit points from an account where points were credited in error, where a reward provider reverses or charges back a completed offer, or where points were obtained in breach of section 5 of this agreement or of the Points Program Terms, including where a redemption has already been paid on those points. A recovery following a completed redemption is limited to the points still held on the account and never exceeds the amount that was paid. Every correction is recorded in your points history and in our internal audit record, with the reason for it, and we send you an email when one is made.

What we can do, why, what happens automatically, and where you challenge it.

We may pause earning on an account, limit an account, suspend an account, or close an account, where we identify a breach of section 5, activity consistent with automation or the operation of multiple accounts, a legal obligation to do so, or a risk to other users or to the service. A pause on earning may be applied automatically, on the basis of signals about the network connection and the device in use, without a person reviewing it first; where that happens you may ask for it to be reviewed by a person, a person decides the outcome, and we send you an email with the decision either way. Termination of participation in the rewards program, and the treatment of points on a terminated account, are governed by section 6 of the Points Program Terms. A measure taken under this section may be reversed where the reason for it no longer applies.

You can leave whenever you want, you have 14 days to change your mind, and after that it is final.

You may close your account at any time, without giving a reason and at no cost, from the account settings or, without signing in, from lovele.app/delete-account, where you confirm the request with a code that we send by SMS to the phone number of the account. When you request closure, the account is deactivated immediately: you are signed out on every device, your profile stops being visible and you can no longer be found in search. The account is deleted permanently 14 days later. If you sign in before those 14 days have passed, the account is restored. A closure request is refused while a redemption on the account is still in progress. On deletion, your messages, message keys, posts, comments, reactions, friend list, uploaded images and the stored files behind them are deleted, and any points remaining on the account are forfeited. Records that we are required to keep, in particular the ledger entries for amounts already paid to you, are retained for the period required by Romanian accounting law, with your identifying details removed. After 14 days there is no way to restore the account, including through support and including on proof of identity, because the encryption keys no longer exist.

We can change this document, you get notice, and you can leave instead.

We may amend these terms. An amended version is published on this page with a new date at the top, and applies from that date. An amendment that is required by law, or that is necessary to protect users or the security of the service, may take effect immediately. From the effective date the amended version applies to existing accounts as well as new ones. Where an amendment materially changes your rights or obligations, we ask you to accept the new version before you continue to use Lovele, and we record which version you accepted and when. If you do not accept an amendment, you may close your account under section 12; closing costs you nothing, and points on the account can be redeemed first if the account is at or above the applicable minimum.

We do not promise the service is always up, and we do not pretend we are responsible for nothing.

We take reasonable care to keep Lovele available and working as described, but do not undertake that it will run without interruption or without errors. Parts of the service may be unavailable for maintenance, may be released gradually by country, platform or application version, or may be withdrawn under section 13. We are liable to you for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaking this agreement or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, for loss caused by your own breach of this agreement, or for the acts of a third party payment processor, reward provider or advertiser insofar as those acts are outside our control. Nothing in this agreement limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for intentional fault or gross negligence, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Romanian law. Nothing in this agreement removes or reduces the rights you have as a consumer under Romanian and European Union consumer law, including the rules on the supply of digital content and digital services, and any term of this agreement that would have that effect does not apply to you.

Romanian law, and you keep the protection of the law where you live.

This agreement is governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of that country. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts. If you are a consumer domiciled in the European Union, you may bring proceedings against us either in those courts or in the courts of your own domicile, and proceedings may be brought against you only in the courts of your domicile. Before that, please write to legal@lovele.app. You may also address a complaint to the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection, ANPC, at anpc.ro, and you may use alternative dispute resolution through the alternative dispute resolution structure within ANPC.
