What is allowed here, and what is not
Updated 2026-09-25
Every rule below is one we act on, and each one says what happens when it is broken.
Lovele: Private Chat & Earn is published by AndiamoApps, the developer account of ANDIAMO SOFTWARE SRL.
These rules cover posts, comments, profiles, chat messages and anything you upload. They apply in every language we run in.

The rules
No threats and no violence
Threatening a person, celebrating violence against them, or organising it. Removed on sight, and the account is limited while a person reviews it.
No harassment and no hate
Attacking a person, or attacking a group for who they are. Blocking is always available to you, it works in both directions, and using it is never held against you.
Self harm is handled, not quietly deleted
Content about self harm or suicide is read by a person, not sorted by a filter. Where we can, we answer with help rather than with a deletion notice.
Be yourself
Do not pretend to be another person, a company, or a member of our staff. Nobody from Lovele will ever ask you for your password or your recovery phrase.
No spam, and never ask another user for money
No repeated posting, no links to schemes, and no asking another user to send you points or money. Points move only through the program, and no member of staff will ever ask you to send them anywhere.
One person, one account
Automation, several accounts, or devices shared to multiply rewards end the participation and forfeit the points on those accounts. The points program terms set out the detail.
Sixteen and over
You have to be 16 to be here, and older where your country requires it. Accounts we find below the age are closed and the data is deleted.
No sexual content
Lovele is not an adult platform. Nudity and sexual content are removed, and posting it again closes the account.
Nothing involving children
No child sexual abuse or exploitation, in any form. That includes sexual images of minors, whether photographed, drawn, edited or made with AI, grooming, sextortion, and asking a minor for sexual content or contact. Uploaded images are checked against known abuse material after they are published, and a match is taken down at once, suspends the account and is reported to the authorities. This is the one rule with no appeal.
Read our child safety standardsWhat happens when a rule is broken
-
The content is removed
Most cases end here. You are told what was removed and which rule it touched.
-
The account is limited
Earning pauses while a person looks at it. You keep your balance, your chats and the appeal form.
-
The account is closed
For the serious rules, and for cases that repeat. You can dispute it, and a person reads the dispute.
Reporting something
Every post, profile and message has a report action. You choose a reason, and the reason decides how fast it is seen. Anything about child safety goes to the front of the queue immediately. Reports about illegal content or child safety are reviewed within 24 hours.
The person you report is never told who reported them.
If we get it wrong
Sometimes we will. A limited account has an appeal form, and the answer comes from a person rather than from a template.
