Who runs the wheel, and who does not
The Lovele daily bonus wheel (the "Wheel") is a promotion organised and sponsored by ANDIAMO SOFTWARE SRL (the "Organizer"), the operator of Lovele, whose identification details are listed under Company information at the end of these rules. Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, this promotion in any manner. Google is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, this promotion in any manner.
Who can spin
Any registered Lovele user who accepted the Lovele Terms, is at least 16 years old as required by those Terms and holds an account in good standing may take part. An account that is suspended, limited or deleted, or on which earning is paused, cannot spin. The Wheel is offered where it appears in the Lovele app or on lovele.app, and its availability may differ by country, platform and app version.
How to spin, without paying anything
No purchase or payment is necessary to spin or to receive a reward, and no payment can unlock a spin or change a result. Each account receives base spins every calendar day, counted in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC); the current number is 1 per day. Where the app shows a short advertisement before the base spin, the spin opens once the advertisement has been watched, and watching it costs nothing. Where Social Unlock is offered, an account may also receive bonus spins through it, which counts real conversations with friends on Lovele under the conditions shown in the app, up to 3 per day; bonus spins belong to the participant's own calendar day. A spin that is not used on its day lapses and does not carry over.
What a spin can give
Every spin stops on one segment of the prize structure that is active at that moment and gives the number of Lovele Points shown on that segment. The active structure, with the points and the chance of every segment, is shown on this page and at lovele.app/provably-fair. No segment is worth more than 1,000,000 points, which is $100.00 at the program rate set in the Points Program Terms. Rewards are Lovele Points, are governed by the Points Program Terms and cannot be exchanged for anything else.
Reward structure
| Segment | Points | Chance |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 10 | 40.00% |
| 2 | 25 | 30.00% |
| 3 | 50 | 20.00% |
| 4 | 100 | 8.00% |
| 5 | 250 | 1.90% |
| 6 | 1,000 | 0.10% |
The chances, and how a result is decided
The chance of each segment is its weight out of 10,000: a weight of 2,500 is a chance of 25.00%. The result of a spin is decided by the Organizer's server before the wheel moves, with a method that anyone can check. Before the first spin made with a server seed, the Organizer publishes the SHA-256 hash of that seed. For each spin, the server computes HMAC-SHA256 of the server seed over the participant's client seed and the number of the spin, joined as "client seed:spin number"; the first 8 hexadecimal characters of the result, read as a whole number, modulo 10,000, select the segment by cumulative weights. The server seed is revealed after 100 spins, or earlier when the participant asks for a new seed, and every spin made with it can then be checked at lovele.app/provably-fair, without an account.
How the points reach you
The points of a spin are credited to the participant's Lovele balance as soon as the spin completes, with no claim step, and appear in the points history. From then on they are governed by the Points Program Terms and the redemption rules in force, and they do not expire.
Changes
The Organizer may replace the prize structure, change the number of spins or end the Wheel, for future spins only. Each spin is governed by the prize structure that was active when it was made, which is recorded with the spin, and a later change never alters a spin already made.
Fair play
The Organizer may exclude accounts that breach these rules or the Lovele Terms, including multiple accounts, automated activity and modified clients, and may reverse points obtained that way under section 10 of the Lovele Terms.
Taxes
Taxes, duties and reporting obligations arising from a reward are the responsibility of the recipient or of the Organizer, as required by applicable law. The Organizer may ask a recipient for information needed to meet such obligations.
Your personal data
The Organizer processes the data needed to run the Wheel (account, spins, seeds, results and the signals used to prevent fraud) under the Lovele Privacy Policy, in order to decide and record results, prevent fraud and credit the points.
Questions
Questions about the Wheel can be sent to legal@lovele.app. These rules are published on this page and apply together with the Lovele Terms and the Points Program Terms.
