Official rules of Lovele rewards pools

Lovele rewards pools (each a "Pool") are promotions organised and sponsored by ANDIAMO SOFTWARE SRL (the "Organizer"), the operator of Lovele, whose identification details are listed under Company information at the end of these rules. Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, this promotion in any manner. Google is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, this promotion in any manner.

Each Pool is announced on the rewards pool page in the Lovele app and on lovele.app with its number of rewards, the points of each reward and the exact date and time of the selection, at least 24 hours and no more than 60 days before the selection. A Pool has at most 2,000 rewards, each worth between 100 and 1,000,000 points. The number of rewards and the points of each reward do not change after the announcement.

Any registered Lovele user who accepted the Lovele Terms, is at least 16 years old as required by those Terms, has reached trust level T1, which requires a verified phone number, and holds an account in good standing may take part. An account deleted before the selection does not take part. Pools are offered where they appear in the Lovele app or on lovele.app, and their availability may differ by country, platform and app version.

No purchase or payment is necessary to take part or to receive a reward, and no entry can be bought, transferred or requested. Entries are earned only through activity during the Pool, from its announcement until the selection, at the rate of 1 per active day and 1 per active friend. An active day is a calendar day, in the participant's own time zone, on which the account claimed the daily check-in or another daily reward. An active friend is a friend on Lovele with whom the participant had at least 4 active conversation days in the last 7 days, counted under the Social Unlock rules shown in the app. An account can hold at most 100 entries in a Pool. To enter, the participant opens the Pool page while the Pool is open: at that moment the Organizer's systems record every active day since the Pool opened and every friend who is active at that moment, and they record new ones on each later visit. Entries that are recorded are never removed.

At the announced time the list of participants and their entries is frozen. Each participant is represented by a key, the SHA-256 of the Pool identifier and the account identifier joined by a colon, and the list, sorted by key, is summarised into a digest. For k = 1, 2, 3 and so on, HMAC-SHA256 of a secret server seed over "digest:k" selects one participant by cumulative entries, with a chance proportional to their entries; a selected participant leaves the list, so no account receives more than one reward. The selection continues until every reward is given or the list is empty. If there are fewer participants than rewards, every participant receives a reward and the rewards left over are not issued. The SHA-256 hash of the server seed is published when the Pool is announced, before any entry exists, and the seed is revealed after the selection. The selection runs within a few minutes of the announced time; if it cannot run then for technical reasons, it runs as soon as possible afterwards, with the same seed and the same frozen list.

The reward is credited to the selected participant's Lovele balance automatically at the selection, with no claim step, and appears in the points history; where the account shows an open risk signal at that moment, the reward is held until a person has reviewed it. Each participant sees the result on the Pool page. The full list of recipients, with masked usernames, the entries of each and the order in which they were selected, is published on the Pool page from the selection and on the public Lovele Telegram channel within the hour. Rewards are Lovele Points, are governed by the Points Program Terms, do not expire, and cannot be exchanged for anything else.

A Pool that has been announced runs to its selection with the rules it published. The Organizer may change these rules or stop offering Pools for Pools that have not yet been announced.

The Organizer may exclude accounts that breach these rules or the Lovele Terms, including multiple accounts, fake or automated accounts and coordinated activity, and may withhold or reverse a reward obtained that way under section 10 of the Lovele Terms.

Taxes, duties and reporting obligations arising from a reward are the responsibility of the recipient or of the Organizer, as required by applicable law. The Organizer may ask a recipient for information needed to meet such obligations.

The Organizer processes the data needed to run Pools (account, active days, active conversation days, entries, the selection and its result) under the Lovele Privacy Policy, in order to count entries, run the selection, prevent fraud and credit the rewards. The published list shows masked usernames and keys that cannot be linked to an account without its identifier.
