Official rules of the Lovele invite challenge

The Lovele invite challenge (the "Challenge") is a monthly promotional giveaway organised by ANDIAMO SOFTWARE SRL (the "Organizer"), the operator of Lovele, whose identification details are listed under Company information at the end of these rules. Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, this promotion in any manner. Google is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, this promotion in any manner.

The Challenge runs from ⁦2026-10-01⁩ 00:00 to ⁦2026-12-31⁩ 23:59, Romanian time (UTC+2 in winter, UTC+3 in summer). It is made of monthly rounds. Each round covers one calendar month, or the part of that month inside the Challenge period. A round opens only after all of its rewards have been reserved.

Any registered Lovele user who accepted the Lovele Terms, meets the minimum age set by those Terms and holds an account in good standing may take part. Accounts that are suspended, limited, deleted or under an open fraud review cannot qualify, cannot count as a Qualified Invitee and cannot receive a reward.

No purchase or payment is necessary to take part or to receive a reward. A participant (the "Inviter") qualifies in a round when, at the moment qualifying closes, all of the following are true: (i) the Inviter has at least 3 Qualified Invitees that were not counted in an earlier round; (ii) the Inviter's own phone number is verified; and (iii) the Inviter has claimed the daily check-in on at least 7 consecutive calendar days (Romanian time) at any time since creating their account. A Qualified Invitee is a person who (a) created a Lovele account through the Inviter's invite link or code during the Challenge, attributed under the referral rules in force, including the 168 hour attribution window; (b) verified a phone number before qualifying closes; (c) claimed the daily check-in on at least 7 consecutive calendar days (Romanian time) at any time after creating their account and before qualifying closes; and (d) is not suspended, limited, deleted, under an open fraud review, or linked to the Inviter by the Organizer's fraud controls. A Qualified Invitee counts for one Inviter only and in one round only: the round in which that Inviter qualifies. The Qualified Invitees and the completed check-in streak of an Inviter who does not qualify in a round carry over to the next round of the Challenge.

An Inviter who qualifies in a round is placed on that round's list of qualifying accounts with one entry for each Qualified Invitee counted in that round (3 Qualified Invitees give 3 entries, five give five). Qualification and entries are determined by the Organizer's systems from recorded activity at the moment qualifying closes. They cannot be bought, transferred or requested.

Each round has 100 rewards of 100,000 Lovele Points each (about $10.00 each at the program rate set in the Points Program Terms). Every reward that is given is credited in full, without being reduced or shared, whatever the number of qualifying accounts. If fewer Inviters qualify than there are rewards, every qualifying Inviter receives one reward and the rewards left over are not issued. Rewards are credited as Lovele Points, are governed by the Points Program Terms and cannot be exchanged for anything else.

Qualifying closes at 11:00 and the selection runs at 12:00 (Romanian time, UTC+2 in winter and UTC+3 in summer) on the last day of each round's month. If 100 or fewer Inviters qualify, every qualifying Inviter receives a reward. Otherwise 100 qualifying Inviters are selected at random, each with a chance proportional to their entries, and no Inviter receives more than one reward, with the verifiable method described on the Challenge page: when the round opens, the Organizer publishes the SHA-256 hash of a secret seed; when qualifying closes, the list of qualifying Inviters and their entries is frozen, sorted by participant key and summarised into a digest; for k = 1, 2, 3 and so on, HMAC-SHA256 of the seed over the digest and k selects one Inviter by cumulative entries, who then leaves the list, until 100 Inviters are selected or the list is empty. The seed is revealed after the selection. If the selection cannot run at that exact minute for technical reasons, it runs as soon as possible afterwards, with the same seed and the same list.

Each Inviter sees the result on the Challenge page and in their account. A summary of each round, with the number of qualifying accounts, the number of entries, the number of rewards given, the seed and the digest, is published on the Challenge page and on the public Lovele Telegram channel. Names are not published. The Organizer may also write to a selected Inviter at the email address of the account.

The reward is credited to the selected Inviter's Lovele balance automatically after the selection; where the account shows an open risk signal at that moment, the reward is held until a person has reviewed it. Redeeming points is subject to the Points Program Terms and to the redemption rules in force, including phone verification.

Taxes, duties and reporting obligations arising from a reward are the responsibility of the recipient or of the Organizer, as required by applicable law. The Organizer may ask a recipient for information needed to meet such obligations.

The Organizer may exclude accounts that breach these rules or the Lovele Terms, including multiple accounts, fake or automated accounts and self invitation, and may withhold a reward obtained that way. The Organizer may change or end the Challenge for future rounds. A round that is already open runs to its selection with the rules it published. No app store or platform provider sponsors, endorses or administers the Challenge.

The Organizer processes the data needed to run the Challenge (account, referral link, phone verification status, check-in days and qualification) under the Lovele Privacy Policy, in order to determine qualification, run the selection, prevent fraud and credit the rewards. Inviters see only the public name and the progress of the people they invited.
