Two-factor authentication for redemptions

A redemption, and adding a new payout destination, need a recent 6 digit code from an authenticator app. Anyone who takes over your phone number still cannot move your points without that code.

Set it up once in Settings, Security, Two-factor (lovele.app/settings/security). You need an authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator or Authy. Scan the code, or type the setup key, then enter the 6 digits the app shows. The digits change every 30 seconds.

After setup you get 8 backup codes. Each one works once, in place of the app. Write them down and keep them somewhere safe. You can replace them with a new set at any time.

If a code is refused twice, check that your phone clock is set to automatic. That is the most common cause.

When two-factor is on, it is also asked when you sign in on a new device. Turning it off needs a code, and it cannot be turned off while a redemption is in progress.
