If earning is paused or your account is closed

Paused earning (a limited account) means our systems saw a pattern that usually means automation, and collecting new rewards stops while a person checks. Chat, the feed, your balance and your streak keep working.

If you think it is a mistake, use the appeal form shown in the app. A person reads every appeal and answers within 24 hours. You are told the decision and the reason for it, whichever way it goes.

A closed account (suspended) cannot sign in. You can still dispute the decision: from the sign in screen, choose See what you can do, confirm the phone number of the account with an SMS code, and the code opens the appeal form. It does not sign you in. If the account has an email address, you can ask for the appeal link by email instead.

A termination can be disputed within 90 days, and we tell you the general category of the finding. Points on an account closed for fraud are forfeited, as the Points Program Terms explain.
