How Lovele Points work

Lovele Points are a loyalty program. They are not money, not electronic money and not a financial product, and they have no monetary value until you redeem them.

For calculating a redemption, 10,000 points equal 1 USD, so 1 point is 0.0001 USD. Your balance is shown in points. Where a USD amount appears next to it, it is an estimate.

Points belong to one account. You cannot send them to another person, sell them or move them to another account.

Every amount is decided on our servers, never in the app. You see how many points an action gives before you tap. Every point that moves is a line in your history (lovele.app/activity/history), with its source and its date, and nothing there is changed after it is written.

Rates, daily limits and the ways to earn can change. Rate changes are gradual: they go through a multiplier limited to between 0.7 and 1.3 of the base rate, recalculated no more than once every 24 hours.

Points do not expire. They stay in your account for as long as the account exists, however long you go without activity.

The full rules are in the Points Program Terms at lovele.app/points-program.
