If nothing in the help center answers your question, a person does. Write to contact@lovele.app, from any email address, whether or not you can sign in. The address is also at the bottom of every help page.

Our team replies within 48-72 hours, in English, to the address you wrote from.

Dates, amounts and references help us find what happened faster. If it is about a redemption, open the redemption and choose the support address there: the email opens with the redemption reference in its subject. If it is about your account, include the phone number of the account.
