Redemption methods

The methods you can use are listed on the Activity page when you redeem points. They are:

FaucetPay, in USDT or LTC. The redemption goes to your FaucetPay account, and the destination is the email address you use for FaucetPay, not a wallet address. Minimum 20,000 points.

USDT on the TRC20 network, sent to your own wallet address through NOWPayments or CoinGate. A TRC20 address starts with a capital T and is 34 characters long. Minimum 50,000 points.

Gift card. The code is sent to the email address on your Lovele account, so you need a confirmed email first (Settings, Email). There is no wallet address to enter. A person delivers the code, so this method can take longer than the others. Minimum 50,000 points.

Lovele does not hold crypto for you and does not run a wallet. Transfers to FaucetPay and to crypto addresses are made by a licensed payment processor, from the business account of ANDIAMO SOFTWARE SRL.

A transfer to a wrong address cannot be pulled back. That is why a destination is saved after you check it once, so you never have to type it again. You can keep up to 10 saved destinations and remove them in your payment methods list.
