Signing up and signing in with your phone number
Your phone number is your Lovele account. There is one step for everyone, new or returning: enter your phone number, with its country, and we send you a 6 digit code by SMS. The code works for 10 minutes.
If the number is new to Lovele, you then set up a short profile: a username and your date of birth. You have to be at least 16 years old, and you accept the Terms and the Points Program Terms when you create the account. If the number already has an account, the code signs you in to that account.
There is no password, and you cannot sign in with an email address or with Google, Facebook or Telegram. An email address is optional. If you add one, it is used for notices, receipts and gift card codes, never to sign in.
One number, one account, so a number can never open a second account. Internet and virtual numbers cannot receive the code; use the number of the SIM card in your phone. Prepaid numbers work.
If you set a PIN, it is asked after the SMS code when you sign in on a new device. If you turned on two-factor authentication, the code from your authenticator app is asked as well.
The number stays on your account. It is never shown on your profile and never sold.
